Focus On Jesus...

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:1‭-‬2 KJV

Often Jesus tells me to my heart that I need to focus on Him... I do, very often, daily... However, what Jesus meant is to not focus on worries but to "give worries" to Him and to Trust him in taking care of it. To not dwell on things that are out of my hands but to have faith that Jesus is taking care of it. That I need not to even think about it or concern myself with it when it's all in God's hands... But this is the test of faith and the trials which strengthens our "Faith muscle'!

So... my focus is on Jesus... His plans and purposes are far greater than anything that I could plan for my life because God's plans and purposes are so meaningful and so much more brilliant and powerful that have any child of God growing more and more with a deep relationship with Jesus.

Anything that's not of Jesus is really not in my focus because God sees all, God hears all and God knows all and therefore it's all in HIS hands... Thus' the serenity prayer...

God grant me the Serenity to accept what I cannot change,

the courage to change the things I can,

And the Wisdom to know the difference.
